La masa se estira con un rodillo o con una botella embardunada de aceite hasta hacer una tortilla fina y ancha. Luego se fr\u00ede en abundante aceite caliente.<\/p>\n<p>Lo m\u00e1s original de las orejuelas es que al fre\u00edrlas\u00a0 crecen y las salen unas grandes \u00a0burbujas.
